THE IZAKA-YA by KATSU-YA at 1133 Highland Avenue, Manhattan Beach, California.

I'm a local and have tried all the local sushi restaurants in Manhattan Beach. I went to Izaka-ya again today for lunch and was once again pleased with the friendly service not to mention the food. I ordered the special sushi lunch which came with miso soup and choice of teas. I also selected the fish skin salad which was also included. I can't tell you how much I enjoyed it. Simply fantastic. Yes, it was crowded and noisy, summer time is like that here. The food and happiness more than compensated. I can't say enough about the fish skin salad! And, the lunch was one of those you want to take a nap afterword. Happy tummy! You won't regret...
