We never have to wait for our appt. and I love that! We walk in, check in and moments later Dr. Gimlen herself is calling our son back to get started. He doesn't sit there waiting for someone to attend to him either. Immediately his chart is up on the screen and work begins. Our appts. are short and to the point and we are on our way. Despite being quick, everyone is thorough and asks questions about us personally making us feel welcome. It has been a good experience so far!
