I waited well over an hour. I went to leave and told the receptionist that I couldn't wait any longer and she said there were still 3 patients ahead of me. They never said anything about how late they were running.

I called to rescheduled and was hung up on 4 times (I could hear someone picking up the phone, people in the background, and the phone slamming back down).
